About Me
Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic style draws mainly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but I integrate approaches and techniques from several schools of thought. I help my clients to reexamine past events and beliefs to gain new insights into these events, their own strength and their capacity to grow and heal. I also help them develop new coping skills to better manage future challenges, while encouraging clients to develop a strong mind-body connection. I often approach the therapy session as a joint mediation between therapist and client to create space for healing and change to occur.
